Minefield Guideline 4: "Mirror Minus One"

This is perhaps the most important guideline in the Minefield.  

I provided an overview earlier, but I’m going to save this module for the full version of the course. It provides a laundry list of ways to make sure you’re following this critical guideline. It also covers how the whole “let’s make it official” conversation happens – specifically, what is your role? Do you bring it up? Does she? After how long?
