After Date 1 - What Now?

Let’s say last night was your first date. It went well and ended with a kiss. You want to ask her out again.

What’s the protocol?

Well, you’re standing on the edge of what I call “The Minefield.”

This refers to the time between Date 2 and when she decides to have “the talk” about you guys becoming exclusive. Most times, that happens around the end of the second month of dating.

I call this The Minefield cause it’s a dangerous– one misstep and you can blow yourself up.

To avoid that, you have to handle this time with caution, emotional intelligence, and mental strength.

We’ll get into those details shortly, but for now, the way we show caution, emotional intelligence, and mental strength is by waiting between three-to-six days from the end of your first date to ask her out again.

Similar to before, whether to wait three days versus six days (or somewhere else in the middle) reflects the signals she gave you about how into you she is.

As you know, waiting is a tool.

You use this tool when it’s necessary. And it’s necessary when you have a woman whose interest level isn’t very high.

So, you slow-play the timing of your reach-out for the purpose of raising her curiosity about you.

But to be clear, even if her attraction level seems high, I would wait at least two (probably three) days before reaching out.

There is nothing more common that a girl who was really into a guy at the beginning, only to watch the guy begin to become too available to her, too lovey-dovey, which totally turned her off.

Her high interest level can plummet in practically no time at all.

We want to avoid you making that mistake.
